Purchasing & Returns Policy

Making A Purchase   

All of our transactions are processed through Paypal. They accept all major credit or debit cards. Our prices are in UK £ sterling. We can accept bank transfers email us for more information hello@calicoclouds.com

Descriptions of Goods

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that our descriptions are accurate; sizes given are approximate.

Shipping And Handling

U.K  shipments are currently despatched via My Hermes courier. Their shipments are delivered within 2-5 days. All items over the value of £30 will require a signature on delivery. Once we have despatched the item you are responsible for making adequate arrangement for accepting the parcel, or retrieving it from the courier in the event of a non-delivery.

If you are resident outside the U.K. we will despatch your item in the same way and will advise the tracking details. All international shipments will require a signature on delivery.

Delivery Schedule

All of our blankets, comforters, rattles and taggies are made by hand. Occasionally we make more popular items for stock. We aim to despatch all items within 5 working days. If you need a product quickly please ensure you add a note, if there are any issues with your request we will be in touch. For any special posting requests please contact us hello@calicoclouds.com

Tax Charges

VAT is not charged on items.

Privacy Policy

Calico Clouds do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties (out with necessary information disclosed to your carrier for delivery to take place). Cookies may be used to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store delivery addresses.

GDPR & Marketing

When you order via our site we may contact you via email to update your order process, or you may receive an delivery update from our delivery partner. In the future you may receive marketing emails from us. If you no longer wish to receive these emails please unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the email.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the goods via email or phone, giving us your reason and indication if you wish to return the item or exchange the item purchased. We do not accept any returns on custom handmade items. For any other product, please make your return within 7 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying any postage on any returned items.

Placing an order

By Placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept these Terms. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact us via email at hello@calicoclouds.com. By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Calico Clouds to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery) we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and Calico Clouds for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once the order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Upon acceptance you will receive an order completed email, this is when the goods have been despatched. We require notification 14 days after placing your order if goods have not been received. This does not affect your legal rights.
